ATS Return Policy

Battery Orders of Standard UPS products sold commonly by ATS include C&D Technologies MR Series and EST HR Series. Items can be cancelled and returned within Three Days of order for a restocking charge of 25% of the battery cost, plus freight in each direction. For products that are deemed “Special Order” No returns are accepted and once purchase order is placed with supplier, customer assumes 100% liability for purchase order amount, including all applicable freight charges and sales taxes.
